About the Role
We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Leasing Associate, reporting directly to the New Business Team Leader. This role is pivotal in supporting the leasing journey and acting as the first point of contact for prospective residents across the portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing enquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating viewings, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to booking. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Working Pattern
37 hours per week
Hybrid working after successful completion of probation.
Please note: This role operates on a 1 in 2 Saturday rota, with a day off in lieu during the week following successful completion of probation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all leasing enquiries via phone and email
Qualify incoming leads in line with business standards and criteria
Book and coordinate property viewings across multiple sites
Manage and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines and targets
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer interactions
Ensure all data entry and database management is accurate and up to date
Update property portals with relevant and accurate information
Monitor and research competitor activity within the market
Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with company expectations
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support the leasing proce
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proactive approach and a strong passion for customer service. You will be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide a positive first impression of the business. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, particularly when managing data and systems.
You will be a team player who is flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs, with a strong drive to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.
Desirable
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or leasing environment
Experience using CRM systems, databases, or booking platforms
Understanding of the property or Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector
Experience handling high volumes of enquiries or working in a fast-paced environment
Essential
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work to deadlines and within a target-driven environment
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple enquiries effectively.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
