Project Manager

About the Role:
Mitie is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Central London. You will lead the delivery of projects driven by client requests, major works from planned maintenance, and reactive repairs.


What You'll Do:
Deliver projects from inception to completion, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety, and fire safety standards.
Manage client budgets and provide accurate financial reporting.
Apply RIBA or other project management principles.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.


What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in project management within construction or facilities management.
Knowledge of RIBA stages, CDM 2015, health & safety, and fire safety legislation.
Strong financial management skills and ability to control budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Relevant qualifications (PRINCE2, APM) desirable.
