Cover Supervisor

Location: Sutton & Croydon
Start Date: January
Daily Rate: £90–£120 (dependent on experience)

About the role

• Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher

• Delivering set work and ensuring students remain on task

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement

• Working across multiple schools within the trust (based on your availability)

You will be working within a successful and well-respected multi academy trust known for high standards, strong leadership, and supportive staff cultures.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

• Have a confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
• Be reliable, adaptable, and professional
• Have a genuine interest in supporting young people’s learning

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• An undergraduate degree or relevant experience
