Cover Supervisor
Location: Sutton & Croydon
Start Date: January
Daily Rate: £90–£120 (dependent on experience)

About the role
Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher
Delivering set work and ensuring students remain on task
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Supporting pupils’ learning and engagement
Working across multiple schools within the trust (based on your availability)

You will be working within a successful and well-respected multi academy trust known for high standards, strong leadership, and supportive staff cultures.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
- Have a confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
- Be reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Have a genuine interest in supporting young people’s learning
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- An undergraduate degree or relevant experience
