Product Designer FTC
- Develop, maintain, and expand the company’s design system, including components, tokens, documentation, and usage guidelines
- Deliver polished, accessible, and platform-appropriate UI components for iOS, Android, and responsive web applications
- Partner with engineers to ensure design assets are implementation-ready and optimized for performance
- Establish best practices for UI consistency, accessibility, and scalability across teams and products
- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and discussions to align stakeholders on system-driven approaches
- Create engaging interface details, including microinteractions, motion design, and transitions that elevate the user experience
- Serve as a design systems advocate, promoting adoption and helping teams leverage shared resources effectively
- Present design decisions confidently to peers, leadership, and cross-functional audiences
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI Designer, or similar role in digital product environments
- A strong portfolio showcasing both detailed UI work and contributions to system-level design initiatives
- Hands-on experience building or evolving design systems used at scale
- Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across design, engineering, and product functions
- Experience designing for multiple platforms Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with sharing work to senior stakeholders
