Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Foundational Maestro: Instructing Music primarily across Key Stage 3, with some contribution to KS4 (GCSE) support.
- Rhythm Keeper: Driving high engagement and developing essential instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills in early secondary education.
- Ensemble Conductor: Running extracurricular clubs and assisting with the organization and production of school performances and concerts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Music and QTS. Experience teaching Key Stage 3 is essential.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
