About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin & HR Assistant to join the school full-time starting January 2026 .
The successful candidate will:
- Support the HR function , including recruitment, contracts, and employee records
- Provide general administrative support across the school office
- Assist with staff communications, onboarding, and record keeping
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the school office and support leadership as required
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration or HR , preferably within an educational setting
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Professional and approachable manner
- Legal right to work in the UK
