Children's Activity Instructor - Richmond
Job Title: Activity Leader – Lazer Lions Holiday Camps (Richmond)
Location: Richmond, London TW10 6NE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (typical 8-hour shift)
Contract: Casual, school holidays only
About Us:
Lazer Lions is a leading holiday camp provider delivering fun, safe, and action-packed experiences for children aged 5–12. From laser tag and Nerf wars to zorbing, go-karts, arts & crafts, and circus skills, our camps are full of excitement every day. We’re looking for enthusiastic, proactive Activity Leaders who can engage children, keep them safe, and help deliver unforgettable holiday memories.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and engage children in a wide variety of activities.
- Plan and lead activities in a fun and safe way.
- Encourage teamwork, creativity, and active play.
- Ensure children’s wellbeing at all times, maintaining high standards of supervision.
- Assist with setup and tidying of activities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident around children.
- Proactive in supervising and engaging groups of children.
- Some experience or study in childcare, teaching, coaching, drama, or related fields is desirable.
- First Aid, Safeguarding, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Able to work flexibly during school holidays.
