This position is fixed term for 12 weeks, full time, working 35 hours per week.

Our University-owned student accommodation is located in Central London and Harrow with around 804 student bedrooms and our partnership relationships with other accommodation providers in London offers up to a further 686 spaces.
We are looking to recruit an administrator to work within our Student Accommodation office supporting our students with residential accommodation options. The postholder will respond to enquiries in person/telephone, process housing applications within our own and nominated partner accommodation and referral partners. The role will also include working with various computer packages, assisting with student refunds, including StarRez and Agresso. You will have an enthusiastic and innovative approach, combined with tact, discretion, and the ability to deal professionally and empathetically with a range of students, clients, external partners and landlords.
This post is set up as an opportunity for graduates of the University of Westminster, and on that basis will be offered on a fixed term for 12 full weeks from the agreed starting date. This will be an opportunity to learn more about working in an administrative function and gain experience for future employment opportunities. As such, the role is ringfenced to graduates of the University of Westminster only.?
This is a varied and challenging role which will involve liaising with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. You will have a good educational background, with A Level or equivalent qualifications, with previous administrative experience in a similar environment, preferably in a customer service and administration role. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team, prioritise your own workload and work well under pressure are essential.
