Business Analyst (SaaS Migration)
We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client, a market leading provider of IT Project Management Services, who are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a 3–month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be working with a client within the legal sector, supporting a major SaaS migration and cloud transformation programme.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Central London. The RoleThe successful candidate will act as the key link between Technology, business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners, ensuring transformation projects are fully defined, appropriately governed and delivered in line with business requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and documenting business, functional and non–functional requirements
- Mapping current–state and future–state business processes and operating models
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and delivery partners
- Analysing integrations, data flows, security requirements and business processes impacted by technology change
- Supporting data migration planning, validation and business acceptance activities
- Identifying process improvements, user adoption requirements and operational impacts arising from transformation initiatives
- Producing business analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements catalogues, decision logs, comparison matrices and business cases
- Supporting testing, UAT, service transition, support model definition and operational readiness activities
- Ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, governance, alignment and sign–off throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting post–implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities
About You
Applicants must have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering SaaS migration, cloud transformation or enterprise technology change programmes
- Experience working within professional services, regulated environments or similarly complex organisations
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS migration programmes involving Document Management, Case Management, Practice Management or other business–critical enterprise applications
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills
- Experience analysing integrations, data flows and business processes impacted by technology change
- Experience supporting data migration, testing and business acceptance activities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non–technical stakeholders
- Experience working with third–party vendors, implementation partners and cross–functional delivery teams
