We're looking for an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team at Burger King. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day, as you support your manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

As Assistant General Manager you’ll:

• Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the General Manager.
• Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
• Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
• Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
• Have proven experience and confidence in leading a team.
• Set an example of excellent service skills.
• Communicate effectively and clearly.
• Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
• You must have previous Burger King experience as either a Shift Runner or Manager
• You will be required to work a range of shifts between 6am and 1am on a rotating schedule
