Production Team Member

Salary: C. £35,000 We are seeking a skilled Production Team Member to join our team, specializing in fish filleting and preparation. This role supports daily production and order fulfilment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities:
- Fillet and prepare fish using various techniques.
- Portion, weigh, pack, and label products for delivery.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout production.
- Inspect products for quality and manage stock rotation.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Previous experience in fish/shellfish processing.
- Knowledge of filleting and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle manual tasks.
