Oddfellows Pinner is a wet-led pub available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. Click here for more information on Just Add Talent. This is your opportunity to run a ready-made pub with no utilities, stock, rent or maintenance costs. We also supply ready-to-go till, stock ordering and health & safety systems. So, what would you do with Oddfellows Pinner to drive forward our pub concept? The Area The Oddfellows Arms is located in the town of Pinner, close to a mix of local shops and community amenities. The pub is surrounded by residential housing. Pinner is a well-connected suburban area in north-west London with a strong local community and good footfall from both residents and visitors. Demographics The pub benefits from being one of 6 pubs found in an area of around 3,335 adults within a 10-minute walktime, rising to over 16,000 adults within 20 minutes. The Oddfellows Pinner customer base is made up of a strong mix of age groups ranging from young adults to older adults. The Offer You can drive trade through by engaging customers through sports, live entertainment, quizzes, pool and darts. We’re also really interested to hear your ideas on how to drive trade. With our 5 Star Promise, you'll be paid a weekly revenue share plus a quarterly 20% uncapped net operating profit.
