We are seeking an experienced and proactive Interim Facilities Manager to take responsibility for our two main office locations and satellite sites, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, efficient, and welcoming places to work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional who thrives on variety and challenge. A key focus of the role will be leading a significant office relocation project , managing the move from planning through to successful delivery while maintaining business continuity and a positive employee experience.

Leading a team of three, you'll oversee facilities operations, supplier relationships, health and safety compliance, budgets, and workplace services across multiple locations.

Please note this is a Fixed term contract

• Proven facilities management experience across multiple sites
• Strong project management skills, ideally including office relocations
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work at pace
