Housekeeper needed on a live-in basis, Job ID J1E91F
This lovely family based in Fulham, London, is looking for a Live-in Housekeeper to keep their home clean, tidy, and well-organised. All general housekeeping duties are required for this role, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, and maintaining household organisation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and have excellent attention to detail, ensuring the home is always welcoming and well-presented. Cooking simple, healthy meals for the family would be a great bonus.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 6:30 am to 8:30 am, 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 8:30 pm.
Accommodation: Double bedroom, with shared bathroom
Duties include:
- Ensuring the cleanliness and overall upkeep of a private residence
- Performing routine floor care, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy environment
- Cleaning and sanitising bathroom facilities, including sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Washing, drying, and neatly organising clothing and household linens
- Managing all laundry duties, including ironing and folding
- Making beds and replacing linens as required
- Cleaning and organising dishware, including loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children
