Delivery Lead

Can you work with technology teams to ensure successful delivery?
We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join the esynergy Delivery function. You will manage project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and completion. You will also take on engagement responsibilities that help associates, clients and internal teams stay aligned and supported throughout each assignment.
Responsibilities: 🌟
Delivery and Engagement
Senior accountability for e2e delivery including business development, pre sales and creation of delivery SOWs with senior consultants and project teams.
Experience overseeing multiple accounts, managing and building strong relationships into exec level
Able to extract, articulate and embed value within end to end delivery lifecycle
Strong experience in understanding multidiscipline role profiles, and leading to build high performing teams to deliver outcomes
Solid awareness of agile tooling, ceremonies and ways of working to translate team level product backlogs into programme visuals and reporting
Delivery Operations
Lead weekly account planning & reporting, landing delivery reports and maintaining regular client engagement touchpoints (internal and client)
Support resource forecasting and capacity planning across accounts to optimise team utilisation within esynergy's delivery function
Accountable for all delivery roadmaps, maintaining plans using agile methodology, identifying stakeholder maps and owning RAID activity to uncover and escalate risks and issues.
Completion statements, monthly value reviews and monthly team health checks
Experience in dealing with team conflict, managing to resolution
