Graphic Designer
YOOBIC is the leading AI powered frontline employee experience platform. While most of the tech world builds for people behind desks, we build the operating system for the deskless workforce — the 80 percent of global employees who power retail and hospitality.
At the center of our platform is the industry’s first AI Store Manager Copilot designed for execution — converting day-to-day store activity into real-time actions that help teams perform better, faster, and more consistently.
Trusted by 350 plus global brands including Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, Lidl, Krispy Kreme, Pret A Manger, and Rituals, YOOBIC is on a mission to bring digital transformation to the physical world.
As a Graphic Designer at YOOBIC , you guide how we show up visually across the entire buyer and customer journey. From first impression to deal close to customer advocacy, your work shapes perception, credibility, and demand.
As we continue to roll out new AI innovations, design plays a critical role in making that intelligence feel clear, human, and usable.
This is not a support design role. This is where the brand gets built.
Why this is your next career move
Brand ownership . You are not just executing briefs. You help define, evolve, and protect the YOOBIC brand across every touchpoint.
Commercial impact. Your work directly supports pipeline, revenue, and growth. You design assets that help deals close and brands remember us.
High visibility. You partner closely with marketing, sales, product marketing, and leadership. Your work is seen, shipped, and used at scale.
What you’ll achieve
Build a standout brand presence. Own and evolve YOOBIC’s newly refined visual identity. Set the standard for how the brand looks and feels across all channels.

Raise the bar on creative quality. Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all internal and external brand touchpoints.
Web and digital execution. Contribute to our website refresh and ongoing digital updates across WordPress and HubSpot.
Bring Stories to Life . Support event branding, presentations, and motion or video projects in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.

The owner . You manage your own work, make confident design decisions, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance.
