HR Administrator | Wandsworth (Secondary School)
We are seeking an efficient and empathetic HR Administrator for a popular mixed secondary school in Wandsworth. This permanent, full-time role is at the heart of the school’s mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for both staff and students.
About the Role Joining a dedicated support staff team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HR function. This includes managing absence reporting, updating staff files, and supporting the school's annual performance management cycle. You will play a key role in fostering the school's culture of "Excellence and Care."

Responsibilities
Coordinate the induction and probation process for all new teaching and support staff.
Input data accurately into HR and payroll systems to ensure timely payments.
Manage staff absence records and coordinate return-to-work documentation.
Support the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks related to staff wellbeing.
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Valid enhanced DBS.
Salary £29,000 – £35,000 per annum (Full Time Equivalent).
