National Account Executive
NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE UK&I - LUXE
Wimbledon, London – Hybrid (up to 50% remote working)
As National Account Executive UK&I , you will lead one of Coty’s most strategic luxury retail partnerships, shaping the long‑term commercial success of our prestige beauty portfolio. This role sits at the heart of Coty’s UK&I commercial organisation and plays a key role in driving profitable growth while elevating brand equity across selective and omni‑channel retail environments.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
You will act as a trusted partner to both the customer and internal stakeholders, balancing commercial performance with luxury brand integrity in a highly competitive market.
Commercial Leadership & Account Ownership
You will own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship with a key national customer, leading a multi‑brand luxury portfolio across fragrance and beauty.
- Own and develop senior‑level customer relationships as a trusted commercial partner
- Lead the annual Joint Business Plan, aligning commercial objectives with brand and category ambitions
- Deliver sustainable sales growth, profitability, and market share
- Lead negotiations across trade terms, pricing, promotions, listings, and space with a luxury mindset
- Manage trade investment and promotional spend to maximise long‑term value and ROI
Performance, Planning & Growth
You will use insight, data, and category expertise to identify and unlock growth opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance, category trends, and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities across distribution, assortment, activation, and premiumisation
- Translate insight into clear commercial strategies that support sustainable growth
- Prepare and present compelling customer and internal business reviews
Omni‑Channel & Retail Excellence
You will ensure elevated execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Marketing, Retail Media, VM, and Field teams to deliver seamless omni‑channel execution
- Ensure high standards of in‑store execution, visibility, and brand representation
- Work closely with Supply Chain to drive accurate forecasting and strong product availability
Financial & P&L Ownership
You will own key elements of the customer P&L, balancing growth ambition with disciplined financial management.
- Manage trade budgets and promotional investment with transparency and control
- Build robust forecasts and commercial plans in partnership with Finance
- Ensure profitability is delivered alongside long‑term, sustainable growth
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are a commercially driven, customer‑focused account manager with a strong understanding of luxury and premium retail environments. You combine analytical rigour with confident relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
You bring:
- Proven experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, or similar roles
- Background in luxury, beauty, FMCG, or premium consumer goods
- Experience owning P&L responsibility, trade budgets, and delivering against commercial targets
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- High analytical capability, using insight to drive decision‑making
- Confidence presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
