An ambitious, Private Equity backed advisory firm is seeking a Real Estate Tax Specialist to join its high-performing team who can be based out of any of their office locations across the UK. The team advises a wide range of clients including real estate funds, institutional investors, REITs, private equity houses and public sector bodies, supporting them on major UK and pan-European deals. These include complex tax structuring, due diligence and ongoing compliance work across commercial, residential, logistics, retail, and hospitality sectors.

What We're Looking For:
* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
* UK corporate tax experience, ideally with exposure to real estate
* Strong project management and client-facing skills

* Experience mentoring or developing junior team members
