  • Support pupils during transitions, break times, and structured activities

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and parents

  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and CPD

  • Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times

  • Have experience working with children in a school or educational setting

  • Be patient, empathetic, and resilient

  • Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable

  • Show a clear commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing

The school is located in Plumstead, with good transport links and a supportive local community. Staff benefit from a professional, inclusive, and well-resourced working environment where teamwork, development, and wellbeing are prioritised.
