Key Responsibilities:

As Head Chef, you’ll oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation, including:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations from prep through to service
• Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team
• Assigning duties and maintaining high kitchen standards
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes consistently
• Managing stock levels, supplier orders, and inventory
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Handling dietary requirements and customer requests professionally
