An independent preparatory school in Richmond is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join its leadership support team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance or operations professional to play a strategic role within a well-resourced and highly successful school environment.

The Role
Leading the finance, HR, administration, and operational functions
Managing budgets and financial planning
Overseeing procurement and contract management
Supporting compliance and risk management
Leading and developing support staff teams
Working closely with the Headteacher and governors
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous School Business Management experience
Strong financial and operational management skills
Excellent leadership abilities
Experience within an education setting
The legal right to work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits
£48,000 – £58,000 per annum
9-month maternity cover
Full-time
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
