ECT: Geography Teacher – Launch Your Career with a Fieldwork Focus and Structured Induction – Hammersmith & Fulham
A progressive secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an enthusiastic ECT of Geography (Year 1 or 2) with a passion for fieldwork from January 2026.
- ECT: Geography Teacher required from January 2026

You'll teach KS3 and KS4 Geography with a reduced timetable and dedicated mentor. The induction is highly structured , focusing on mastering effective instruction, leading safe and engaging fieldwork trips, and securing strong GCSE outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in Geography or a relevant environmental field
- High commitment to practical and fieldwork-based learning
- Willingness to fully engage with the school's structured weekly coaching cycle
- Excellent potential for engaging instruction and strong classroom management
