An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Newham is seeking an Attendance & Admissions Officer to join its support staff team on a permanent basis.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working closely with students, families, and staff while helping to improve attendance and support the admissions process.

The Role
Monitoring student attendance and punctuality
Managing admissions enquiries and applications
Producing attendance reports and data analysis
Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies
Supporting safeguarding and pastoral teams
Maintaining accurate student records
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous school administration experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The legal right to work in the UK
Salary, Hours & Benefits
£29,500 – £34,000 per annum
Permanent contract
Full-time
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
