Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Delivery: Teaching Drama across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 , including GCSE and A-Level specifications.

  • Production Excellence: Supporting the department in directing whole-school productions and student-led showcases.

  • Academic Support: Preparing students for practical examinations and university auditions at elite drama schools.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the technical team to ensure high-quality lighting and sound integration for all performances.

Requirements

  • Right to Work in the UK and a valid enhanced DBS are essential.

  • Evidence of successful teaching across all Key Stages (KS3–KS5).

Salary & Contract Details

  • Salary Range: £37,868 – £56,154 (M1 – UPS3 equivalent)

  • Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours p/w) | 1-Year Fixed Term | Feb Half-Term Start
