Role Overview:

*

Excel in dental sales and being able to help drive the clinic forward.

*

Setting up and supporting in the project management of a new side of the business, "Wellness."

*

Primary point of contact for all new clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.

*

Coordinate New Patient journey by managing schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients

*

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans

*

Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports as required by management.

*

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

*

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence efficiently.

*

Foster a welcoming environment for patients by providing exceptional customer service at all times
