On the Digital Engineering & Manufacturing Graduate Programme , you’ll combine data and digital expertise with engineering and manufacturing insight to help clients transform their operations. Working as part of Accenture’s Industry X team, you’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies while solving some of the most complex challenges in product design and production.

What you’ll be doing
- Join project teams to help clients reimagine product design, engineering, and manufacturing using digital tools and data.
- Build trust-based relationships at the heart of client organisations.
- Work across areas such as:
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Engineering Consulting
- Product Design
- Cloud Platform Engineering
- Manufacturing and Operations
- Gain early responsibility, with varied projects across multiple industries.
- Develop technical, consulting, and soft skills to progress from Analyst to Consultant.
Who we’re looking for
- Graduates with or working towards a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (achieved or predicted).
- Especially relevant backgrounds include Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design .
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Open, collaborative mindset with curiosity about business, industry, and technology .
- Proactive, self-driven individuals with evidence of industrial experience or extra-curricular involvement.
Where you’ll be based
- Assigned office will be London .
- Expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week , either at client sites or the office.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK depending on client projects.
