Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
- Operational Leadership: Overall responsibility for premises staff, budgets, and operational efficiency across the site.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring a safe environment through diligent security procedures and adherence to all health and safety legislation.
- Facilities Management: Managing contractors for specialist services and overseeing all reactive and planned maintenance.

- Salary: Highly competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £38,000 – £45,000+ FTE).
