Head of Nursing
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Nursing to lead our nursing teams across the hospital Inpatient wards Day Surgical Pathway Pre-assessment OPD Nursing. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CNO and offers the opportunity to:
- Provide visible inspiring leadership and ensure delivery of safe high-quality compassionate care.
- Drive strategic initiatives workforce planning and digital transformation.
- Oversee patient safety clinical governance regulatory compliance and quality improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Support professional development and act as a credible role model.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with Degree/Masters level education.
- Significant senior nursing experience in an acute setting.
- Proven leadership change management and quality improvement skills.
