Join Our Outstanding School Phoenix School is expanding its therapy team and seeking a skilled, creative and neurodiversity‑affirming Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to support autistic young people aged 3–19. The Role As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will: As a Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting autistic children and young people across our sites and specialist classrooms in mainstream schools. You will provide expert guidance to staff, families and students, acting as the “expert at hand” for communication and interaction needs. You will use your clinical skills to deliver high‑quality assessments and interventions, working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other professionals. You will also support and mentor junior therapists and SLT Assistants, helping to develop confident, skilled practitioners within a growing therapy team. This is a varied, rewarding role where you will help create communication‑rich environments, promote neurodiversity‑affirming practice and contribute to positive outcomes for our students.
