School Business Manager | Hounslow | Permanent
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding all-through academy in Hounslow to recruit a committed School Business Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful administrative faculty. Responsibilities
Manage the school’s significant budget and all statutory financial returns
Lead the HR function, including recruitment oversight and payroll
Oversee the maintenance and development of a technology-rich campus
Participate in a strong culture of professional development across the school
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in a school-based SBM role is preferred but not essential
High standards of professional presentation and punctuality
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000
Full-time, permanent (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
