School Business Manager | Hounslow | Permanent
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding all-through academy in Hounslow to recruit a committed School Business Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a successful administrative faculty. We are seeking an individual who can provide the strategic expertise that encourages students and staff to achieve their best.

Responsibilities
Manage the school’s significant budget and all statutory financial returns
Lead the HR function, including recruitment oversight and payroll
Oversee the maintenance and development of a technology-rich campus
Participate in a strong culture of professional development across the school
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in a school-based SBM role is preferred but not essential
High standards of professional presentation and punctuality
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000
Full-time, permanent (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
