Chef de Partie - Aulis London
Aulis London is our Michelin‑starred chef’s table in the heart of Soho. Following an extensive refurbishment, the restaurant now seats 12 guests and offers dinner service Tuesday to Saturday, with lunch on Saturdays.
We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our small, focused team under Head Chef Charlie Tayler, delivering an exceptional and interactive dining experience. The menu evolves constantly, and chefs cook and serve directly in front of guests — no two days are the same.
We’re keen to hear from chefs with backgrounds in quality kitchens who are confident engaging with diners and eager to grow their careers within a developing restaurant group.
