An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Partner to join a highly regarded U.S. Law firm expanding its presence in London. The firm has coast to coast offices across the U.S. And is now strategically growing its London office to meet high client demand and establish a global foothold.

The firm specialises in litigation and white-collar defense, supporting corporate, restructuring, intellectual property, insurance, aviation, and employment matters. Its client base includes sophisticated businesses across finance, technology, media, entertainment, insurance, and hospitality sectors.

This Partner role offers the opportunity to shape the London office from the ground up, joining an exceptional team of Partners committed to delivering high-quality client work while maintaining a nimble, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture.

You will lead high-value, complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions, and work alongside senior hires from leading international and UK firms. This role is ideal for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter attitude, and ambition to grow and influence a new market. Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, high-value litigation and white-collar defense matters, including cross-border disputes
• Develop and maintain client relationships, leveraging existing networks and business development opportunities
• Collaborate with U.S. And international teams on strategic client matters
• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the London office
• Mentor and guide senior associates and other team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

The Candidate:

• Seasoned Partner or senior lawyer with substantial litigation or white-collar defense experience
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and ambitious with a track record of business development
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes cases and client relationships
• Collaborative, innovative, and culturally aware, with the ability to work across U.S. And international teams
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
