Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning
- Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
