Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning
• Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency and high-quality teaching
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 , ideally Year 4

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
