Our client, a well-respected educational institution in Perry Vale, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Supply SEN Teacher to join their dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary range of £180 to £270 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional educational support to students with special educational needs (SEN) across various year groups. As a key member of our client's teaching staff, you will work closely with the SEN department to develop and implement individualised learning plans, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities of the Full-time Supply SEN Teacher include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised learning plans for students with SEN
  • Collaborating with the SEN department and other teaching staff to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to support
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
  • Adapting teaching methods and materials to suit the needs of individual students
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching strategies and best practices

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in SEN education
  • Proven experience working with students with diverse special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A passion for supporting and empowering students with SEN to reach their full potential
