Team Development: Support and guide Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Inventory & Ordering: Monitor pastry-specific stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Compliance & Hygiene: Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and company policies, especially in temperature-sensitive pastry production.
Operational Efficiency: Maintain pastry equipment and workstations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to kitchen protocols.
Innovation & Creativity: Contribute ideas to seasonal dessert menus, afternoon tea offerings, and bespoke guest experiences such as celebration cakes and amenities.
