Electrical Supervisor
The Electrical Foreman will oversee and coordinate electrical installation work on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role is hands-on and supervisory, requiring strong leadership skills and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead a team.
* Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
* Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring workflow efficiency.
* Liaise with site managers, contractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (e.g., BS7671).
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and risk assessments.
* Order and manage materials and tools as needed.
* Monitor work progress against project timelines and budgets.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Requirements
Essential:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
* ECS/CSCS Card (Gold or equivalent).
* Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
* Proven experience as a site supervisor or foreman in electrical installation.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety practices.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Desirable:
* First Aid at Work qualification.
* Experience with commercial and industrial installations. On Offer
