Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead (Hiring Immediately)

We’re looking for a Shopper Insights Client Lead who is ready to grow their career and make a real impact. This is an opportunity to contribute to the continued success of dunnhumby’s Waitrose Supplier Insight Team, working with a market‑leading business to shape commercial opportunities and influence key decisions across retailers and CPG partners.

You’ll deliver best‑in‑class client management across a varied portfolio of CPG clients, helping to drive customer‑centric brand and category growth at Waitrose. You’ll also play a key role in aligning Client and Retail priorities to deliver exceptional Client Success.
What you’ll be working on
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients , ensuring strong relationships, delivering value, and supporting renewals
- Spotting opportunities to grow accounts , influencing client decisions through insight‑driven recommendations
- Leading client conversations , consulting on how best to leverage dunnhumby’s customer insight tools and services
- Supporting new business activity , contributing to pitches and platform demonstrations for prospective suppliers
- Bringing forward thought leadership , helping shape how clients and the retailer use customer data to make decisions
- Identifying, owning, and converting pipeline opportunities , driving account growth and contributing to commercial outcomes
- Delivering best‑in‑class customer insight presentations , bringing the customer to the heart of decisions and supporting Waitrose in key strategic changes
- Partnering with Waitrose and internal teams to align on commercial priorities and deliver joint outcomes
- Option to coach or support junior colleagues , contributing to capability building and consistent ways of working
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the CPG industry , shopper insights, and commercial decision‑making
- Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships — ideally with CPGs or retailers
- Ability to drive commercial value through insight‑led products or services
- Strong communication and influencing skills, confident in client‑facing settings
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling insight stories
- Proactive, collaborative approach to working across teams
