Senior Product Marketing Manager

Stream
London

The Company:

Stream was founded with the mission to provide fair financial tools to the everyday worker. Offered through destination employers like Greene King, Bupa, Burger King, Asda and the NHS, our award-winning platform helps over three million people to earn, learn, save, spend and borrow on their own terms, all in one smartphone app.

Stream is unique: VC backed and growing at scale, but with a social conscience. Some of the world's leading impact funds were our founding investors, and we operate on a social charter, which means every product and service we create must measurably improve financial wellbeing.

You’d be joining a team of over 200 passionate, ambitious people across Europe and the USA, building a category-defining product, and united by that same mission.

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own our B2C marketing engine end‑to‑end: acquiring new members, activating them across our product portfolio, driving sustained engagement, and reducing churn. You’ll combine deep channel expertise, sharp data instincts, and creative storytelling to scale profitable growth.

The Team:

You will join a fast-growing team that values combining deep channel expertise, sharp data instincts, and creative storytelling. You will have the chance to think creatively, scale profitable growth, drive sustained impact, and standardise experimentation in a thoughtful and engaging environment.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Are naturally curious and thrive on learning through testing.
  • Are guided by data and motivated by measurable outcomes.
  • Have a bias to action and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Are impact-driven and passionate about building fairer financial services.
  • Are a structured, persuasive communicator comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.

Our Stack:

  • Attribution & Analytics: GA4, Snowflake, Redash
  • Lifecycle & Messaging: Customer.io, Hubspot
  • Acquisition: Meta, Google Ads, Linkedin
  • Collaboration: Figma, Jira.

What will you be doing?

  • Acquisition: Plan and execute campaigns across owned, and earned channels (e.g., paid social, search, referrals, SEO, influencer/UGC). Optimise CAC/LTV and payback periods.
  • Activation & Engagement: Refine onboarding flows to shorten time-to-value for multiple products. Own and rigorously experiment with lifecycle messaging (email, push, in-app, SMS).
  • Retention & Churn: Define churn segments and build playbooks for prevention, win-back, and re-engagement. Develop content to improve financial outcomes and product stickiness.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Own the B2C growth analytics pipeline. Design and run A/B and multivariate tests. Build forecasting models and track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, Payback).
  • Channel/Creative: Bring deep expertise in at least one acquisition or lifecycle channel. Translate insights into compelling creative briefs and maintain brand voice.

Example KPIs you will own

  • Activation rates (e.g., Day 1/7/30, first product action, first transaction).
  • New member acquisition volume and CAC/payback by channel.
  • Feature adoption and weekly/monthly active members.
  • Retention/churn rates by segment; re‑activation lift.
  • LTV, ARPU, marketing efficiency ratio (MER), and contribution margin.

What experience might you have? (But if you’re close… we'd still love to talk to you!)

  • Experience: 4-7+ years in Growth, Lifecycle/CRM, or Performance Marketing.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep expertise in at least one of: lifecycle/CRM (Customer.io/Braze/Klaviyo/Iterable), paid social (Meta/TikTok), paid search/ASA, SEO/content, influencer/UGC, or referral/affiliate.
  • Data Skills: Fluency in data analysis (SQL and/or strong spreadsheet skills); comfortable building funnels, cohorts, and experiment readouts.
  • Testing: Proven experimentation credentials (A/B testing at scale, incrementality tests).
  • Other: Strong communication skills, experience with mobile/app growth and attribution, and eligibility to work in the UK.

Working Policy: We operate a hybrid policy with a requirement of 3 days a week in our London office.

Salary: Dependent on experience, from £70,000 - £85,000 + equity

Benefits:

  • 25 Days Annual Leave in addition to public holidays (up to 5 day rollover), as well as flexible time off allowances for any ad-hoc childcare/family/caring needs
