Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing - Fast Progression

An outstanding opportunity has arisen at a market-leading advisory firm for a Senior Manager to join their highly regarded Transfer Pricing team. Known for its technical strength and innovative approach, this team plays a key role in supporting multinational clients across a wide range of commercial sectors (non FS) with both compliance and strategic advisory matters.

The Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing role with varied project work across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include:

* Delivering high-quality technical transfer pricing advice to UK-based and international clients
* Managing end-to-end delivery of complex engagements, often involving collaboration with international tax, indirect tax, and advisory colleagues
* Acting as the primary client contact, with responsibility for relationship management and ongoing advisory support
* Leading client projects across documentation, tax value chain analysis, benchmarking, and transfer pricing audits/APAs
* Supporting commercial growth through identifying new opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives
* Managing, mentoring and developing junior team members across both project work and training delivery

About You

This role would suit an ambitious and commercially astute transfer pricing professional who is eager to take ownership of client relationships and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have:

* A professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA) or academic background in economics, finance, law or accounting
* Extensive transfer pricing experience, ideally gained within a reputable professional services firm
* A strong technical foundation, with proven experience in documentation, benchmarking, and advisory support
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with clients and internal teams alike
* A proactive and commercially focused mindset, with a strong track record of contributing to business development
* High standards of ethical judgement and professional integrity
