The ideal candidate will:
Be completing or about to begin a recognised teaching qualification (QTS route)
Hold (or be predicted) a strong degree in History or a related subject
Demonstrate a genuine passion for historical enquiry and scholarship
Be reflective, enthusiastic and committed to raising achievement
Have high expectations for all students
