We are looking for an experienced Community Manager with a passion for growing brands via community management to join our social media team. The ideal candidate will be a social-first thinker, have excellent communication skills & a track record of delivering next-level community management for major brands.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will lead community management strategy & community engagement on our biggest clients, in alcohol & soft drinks space across social.

You will:

  • Have a minimum of three year’s experience within a similar role either agency-side or inhouse

  • Be an excellent writer who loves developing brand tone of voice on social & brings a vibe to talking to social communities. Who loves working on content calendars, proactive moments & brand-to-brand conversations across social channels

  • Lives & breaths social. With a finger on the pulse of industry trends, social media developments & community management/ building trends

  • Understand the value of community management in driving earned & increase brand awareness

  • Have prior experience & demonstrable results of delivering awesome community management for a large brand

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Building Strategy

  • Contribute to & lead on community engagement strategy, building an engaged online community across multiple brands on lead social channels

  • Monitor conversation & sentiment via social media listening. Able to adapt these insights into community management approach

  • Be the voice of the community with social team & the client to support on decision making & creative direction

  • Identify and nurture brand advocates within the community. Encourage user-generated content and amplify positive stories

Reactive Engagement

  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, & messages

  • Respond quickly & help increase engagements, drive love & followers, while embedding the brand in culture

  • Previous Sprout Social experience a bonus

Proactive Engagement

  • Lead proactive community management that boost engagement, humanises the brand & drives earned value

  • Leverage social listening tools to identify what conversations to engage with

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor key social media metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement

  • Use data to identify trends, track the success of initiatives & adjust strategies accordingly

Crisis Management

  • Develop and implement a crisis management plan if necessary

  • Address & manage negative feedback or issues promptly & professionally

Business development

  • Support Full Fat’s owned channels and delivering marketing strategy

  • Support on new business pitches, owning community management activity
