Information Management Lead - Water Sector
Stantec's rapidly growing Water sector business in the UK & Ireland (UK&I) is seeking an Information Management Lead. This is a pivotal, client-facing opportunity to set the standard for data and information systems across our major projects and consultancy portfolio. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices. You will oversee the development, implementation, and management of information systems across Stantec's Water UK&I operations. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient handling of data and information throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to construction and beyond. Your focus will be on optimising information workflows and supporting critical decision-making for our clients. This includes _Strategic Client Engagement_ , engaging directly with clients to identify opportunities to improve their data, systems and processes and _Best Practice Implementation_ , working with internal technical teams to implement best practices and cutting-edge approaches to meet client requirements in managing information effectively. You will oversee _Workflow Streamlining_ , ensuring the high-quality acquisition, analysis, and integration of information, using effective workflows and _Multidisciplinary Collaboration_ , working closely with various Stantec capabilities, including planning, environmental reviews, design, construction delivery, and asset management, to deliver integrated solutions. You will be the key figure ensuring Stantec provides the best guidance and resources to address the ever-growing challenge of information management in the infrastructure sector.

Do you possess expertise in Information Management and the ability to set organisational best practices?, We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Information Manager with deep sector expertise: +- Experience: Proven experience as an Information Manager in a client-facing capacity, ideally within the Water, Energy, or wider Infrastructure sectors. +
- Standards Knowledge: Firm understanding of ISO 19650 requirements and their practical application within capital delivery environments. +
- Technical Grasp: Strong knowledge of connected data environments, including Model-driven delivery (BIM), Geospatial data, Data analytics, Secured Information Environments (incorporating cybersecurity, information security, and use in Critical National Infrastructure). +
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to set out how different areas of the business can successfully implement enhanced data and information management practices across varied project contexts. +
- Stakeholder Management: Comfort and expertise in collaborating, engaging with, and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including highly technical experts.
