School Receptionist - Brent Independent School
We are working with a prestigious Independent secondary school in Brent recruiting for an organised Receptionist. This is a fast-paced environment suited to a professional who thrives in a high-attaining academic setting.
The Role You will provide a polished and efficient front-of-house service to students, staff, and distinguished visitors.
Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent)
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the main switchboard and filtering high-priority communications
Overseeing visitor safeguarding protocols and ID checks
Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team
Managing the school’s general email inbox and daily correspondence
Coordinating logistics for parent evenings and school open days
