Science ECT | Enfield (Exceptional Secondary)
We are working with an "Exceptional" secondary academy in Enfield recruiting for a dynamic Science ECT. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school dedicated to providing students with a world-class STEM education.
About the Role This permanent position is ideal for an ECT looking to work within a large and supportive Science team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with access to state-of-the-art laboratory facilities. The school focuses on student-led practical exploration and scientific literacy.

Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Science lessons with a focus on practical experiments and inquiry-based learning.
Support the school’s STEM initiatives and lead extra-curricular science clubs.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed in the laboratories.
Provide high-quality academic mentoring for students aspiring to careers in science.
Requirements
QTS (or pending) and a degree in a Science-related subject.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Valid enhanced DBS.
Salary M1 – UPS3 (£37,870 – £56,154) per annum.
