This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commissions Manager to join our team. You will build your business knowledge and create strong relationships across divisions; you will have responsibility for managing and evolving commissions schemes across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Commissions payments are made on-time, accurately, and that Commissions processes are clear, documented and regularly challenged.
  • Review and adapt commissions schemes as needed, ensuring the business is getting the best outcomes and driving the right behaviours across the sales teams.
  • Setting up new schemes and integrating schemes from acquisitions.
  • Act as the key point of contact for commission-related queries, providing clear and consistent communication to stakeholders.
  • Analyse commission data to provide insights on performance, trends, and ROI of incentive schemes.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting of commission costs as part of financial planning cycles.
  • Support system improvements and automation of commission reporting (e.g. ERP, CRM, or bespoke tools).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure correct cost recognition.
  • Oversee the management of Royalty payments.
  • Manage one direct report.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of:
  • Commissions systems and integration - ideally Salesforce, Spiff and Clari.
  • Ability to build good working relationships with sales teams, whilst also challenging and holding them to account.
  • Excel modelling and commissions reporting
  • SaaS/recurring revenue models
