Document Controller
We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage and maintain documentation for a high end fit out and refurbishment projects. You will ensure accurate control, distribution, and compliance of all project documents, supporting the delivery team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update document control systems.
- Ensure accurate distribution and filing of drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage document flow.
- Support compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
- Minimum 2 years A-site experience on construction projects.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication - engaging, positive, and flexible.
- Familiarity with document control software and construction documentation standards.
