Hebrew Speaking Doc Review Paralegal/Support Lawyer (contract)
Linklaters can only achieve its vision and ambition with the support of outstanding colleagues in our business. As a Document Review Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm, working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider environment. You will get experience working with document review software, such as Relativity, as well as working closely with Linklaters clients, providing advice, training, assistance and offering exceptional client service.
Please find below some required qualification / experience for your CV to be considered:
Technical Capability
- Native Hebrew speaker
- LPC / SQE / BPTC / Foreign qualified or Future trainee
- 2:1 and above degree / equivalent overseas degree
- Background experience, desirable 2+ years in relative field
Client Development
- Good Business Acumen
- Sound understanding of the legal market
- Strong awareness of MS office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Extremely organised - able to prioritise and manage workload
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent eye for detail and presentation
- Good office administration skills
- Quality assurance and customer service experience
- Within commuting distance to London
Work Management
- Ability to work within a pressurised environment
- Willingness to work long hours when required
- Strong attention to detail (especially on time consuming and repetitive tasks)
- Imaginative, highly motivated and driven to excel
- Team player but able to work autonomously where necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (sufficient gravitas and experience to work effectively with more senior colleagues including Partners, Managing Associates and Clients)
- Demonstrates strong commitment to maintaining high levels of customer service
- Approachable and willing to learn new skills and take on responsibility
- Appreciation of the culturally diverse environment in which the firm operates
- Eagerness to see the job through to completion and displays strong communication, ownership, and time management skills

Linklaters partners with a third-party provider for the payroll of all contractor and temporary staff. You will not be employed by Linklaters, or have any employment or worker relationship with Linklaters.
