The Dermatology Partnership is a growing group of private clinics, who are trusted experts in dermatology and are now part of Bupa Health Services. As Receptionist, you are responsible for managing the overall Reception function within the Clinic. You will ensure that patients receive a friendly, efficient and professional service. You are a crucial part of the team looking after the day-to-day running of the clinic. You will work in conjunction with The Dermatology Partnership, Central Bookings and Central Admin Team.

Role Responsibilities:
- Set up clinics, check in patients, manage appointments (bookings, follow-ups, cancellations), and ensure clinic rooms are ready.
- Print schedules, prescriptions, and post letters; handle documentation, audit trails, and consultant referral/charge sheets accurately.
- Assist with doctors’ and nurses’ administrative needs, including prescription handling and responding to queries.
- Understand self-funding/insured patient processes, take payments/deposits, process refunds, and liaise with the bookings team.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all tasks, including internal referrals, patient documentation, and end-of-day responsibilities.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the clinic environment
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems and handling administrative tasks
- A friendly, welcoming manner with a focus on creating a positive patient experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is desirable
