A dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Tower Hamlets is recruiting an enthusiastic English ECT (Year 1 or 2) to join their vibrant faculty from January 2026.

You will teach KS3 and KS4 English Language and Literature with a reduced timetable and comprehensive mentoring . Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in English or a relevant literary field.
- High commitment to literacy development and engaging pedagogical practices.
- Willingness to fully engage with the collaborative departmental planning cycle.
- Excellent potential for strong classroom management in a diverse setting.
